Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an Operations Manager for The Kendall Hotel in Cambridge, MA. You will lead Hotel Operations including Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Events, reporting to the General Manager.

The role requires 3–5 years of hospitality leadership, ability to manage multiple departments, optimize guest experiences, and supervise teams. A flexible schedule and strong communication are essential; bilingual skills a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive hospitality leadership experience within full-service hotels/resorts.
• Experience managing Front Office and Food & Beverage operations.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; ability to lead diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategy, performance, and daily operations of Front Office, F&B, and Catering & Events.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Sales, and other departments for smooth operations.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and implement initiatives to improve service delivery and profitability.
• Train and develop Front Desk, Food & Beverage, and Banquet staff on procedures and standards.
