Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of progressive hospitality leadership experience, including managing Front Office and Food & Beverage operations.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams while delivering exceptional guest service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
• Bilingual or multilingual; English required with Spanish and/or Portuguese strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality tech systems (PMS, POS); experience with Opera Cloud and Micros preferred.
• Current CPR, ServSafe, and TIPS certifications or ability to obtain.

• Oversee strategy, performance, and daily operations of Front Office, F&B, and Catering & Events.
• Ensure coordination between departments and drive guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Lead by example to maintain service standards and handle guest concerns.
• Train, coach, and develop Front Desk, F&B, and Banquet teams on systems and processes.
• Foster guest engagement and manage labor costs and costs controls.
