• Experience leading housekeeping teams in a hotel or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping and laundry staff: hiring, training, evaluating.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments for guest needs.
• Schedule room cleaning, carpet care, and deep cleaning projects.
• Manage budgets and control departmental costs.
• Ensure security and confidentiality of guest rooms and items.
• Prepare and review housekeeping reports and inventory levels.
