Silver Dollar City Parks & Resorts is seeking an experienced Director of Housekeeping to lead the department across all guest areas, laundry, and common spaces. The role requires a strategic leader who can optimize cleanliness, inventory, and safety while partnering with other resort departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will oversee staffing, budgeting, and operational performance, ensuring standards and guest satisfaction are consistently met.

Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive housekeeping leadership experience in a hotel, resort, or comparable hospitality environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience leading housekeeping operations at a senior level (director/exec) and managing high-volume guest rooms.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning standards, chemicals, equipment, linen management, and inspection procedures.

• Plan, direct and organize housekeeping activities to ensure highest cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee P&L, budgeting, inventory control and forecasting within the department.
• Direct schedules and staffing to meet demand while achieving productivity goals.
• Coordinate with laundry and linen management to maintain PAR levels and supply integrity.
• Ensure inventory controls and budget decisions for linens and PPE.
• Lead safety efforts and ensure all procedures and policies are followed.
• Analyze data and generate reports on expenditures, wages, and budgets.
• Develop direct reports through performance feedback and evaluations.
