Job summary

Silver Dollar City Resort seeks an Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping department at its Branson West location. This executive, exempt role directs guest room and public-area cleanliness, budgets, staffing, and safety programs while partnering with maintenance and laundry teams.

The selected candidate will drive service excellence and a positive Host experience. The position requires 5+ years of progressive housekeeping leadership in hospitality and 2+ years at senior management

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive housekeeping leadership experience in hospitality.
• Minimum of 2 years in senior-level housekeeping management.
• Experience managing high-volume guest rooms, public areas, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and organize activities of the housekeeping department.
• Oversee P&L, budgeting, forecasting and inventory control.
• Lead staffing, schedules and development of the housekeeping team.
• Collaborate with engineering and laundry on maintenance and operations.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance across the department.
