Job summary

Midas Hospitality is seeking an Executive Housekeeper / Housekeeping Manager in Fraser, CO to lead our housekeeping department and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will manage staffing, training, and daily operations, ensuring rooms and public areas meet brand and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have prior housekeeping leadership experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel Housekeeping, hospitality operations, or a related field required.
• Previous Housekeeping leadership, supervisory, or management experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hotel cleaning procedures, brand standards, and quality inspection processes.
• Ability to lead, motivate, train, and develop a diverse team.
• Experience with scheduling, labor management, inventory control, and preferred departmental budgets.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced hotel environment.
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn hotel management systems.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping operations, ensuring clean, well‑maintained guest rooms and public areas.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop housekeeping associates to foster a positive team culture.
• Create schedules, monitor labor costs, and adjust staffing based on occupancy and demand.
• Recruit, evaluate, and provide ongoing coaching to staff; manage inventories and supplies.
• Perform daily inspections for quality and safety, coordinate with Front Office for room readiness.
• Maintain records on inspections, inventory, safety, and departmental operations.
