Qualifications

• Experience as a room attendant and 2+ years of supervisory experience required; management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Inventory management experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff.
• Foster a positive work environment and teamwork.
• Develop and implement staff schedules for proper coverage.
• Maintain rigorous cleanliness and maintenance standards for guest rooms and public areas.
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure standards are met.
• Manage inventory and budget for housekeeping supplies and labor.
• Respond to guest feedback and coordinate with other departments.
