Qualifications

• Experience as a room attendant with 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Spanish language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff, including room attendants, supervisors, and laundry personnel.
• Foster a positive work environment encouraging teamwork, professionalism, and service excellence.
• Develop and implement staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operation.
• Maintain rigorous cleanliness and maintenance standards for guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure standards and address deficiencies promptly.
• Implement quality controls to improve guest satisfaction scores and uphold property reputation.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and housekeeping materials; control costs.
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve complaints related to housekeeping services.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Maintenance, and F&B for seamless guest services.
• Provide training and development to enhance staff skills and promote service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental regulations and company policies.
• Promote sustainable housekeeping practices and maintain records of activities.
