Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in hospitality or related field.
• 3+ years total experience in catering or related field.
• Direct supervisory experience over a sales/catering team, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Must speak local language(s).

Aufgaben

• Manage, coach, and develop a team focused on exceptional housekeeping and laundry standards.
• Maintain and order supplies and equipment while minimising waste in support of green initiatives.
• Refine and prepare budgets to maximise profitability.
• Address guest requests for VIPs, repeat visitors and VIP Club members.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and busy periods as needed.
• Educate all team members on compliance with federal, state, and local laws and safety standards.
