IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Executive Housekeeper in Seattle, WA to lead housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring top quality service and guest satisfaction. You will manage a team, control supplies, assist with budgets, and respond to guest VIP requests while maintaining compliance and sustainability standards.

The role requires 3+ years in catering or related field and supervisory experience, with excellent communication and local language skills.

Formación

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Business language and tools acumen.
• Bachelor's Degree in hospitality or related field.
• 3+ years total experience in a catering setting or related field.
• Direct supervisory experience over a sales/catering team, or equivalent.
• Must speak local language(s).

Responsabilidades

• Manage, coach, and develop a team in housekeeping and laundry.
• Maintain and order supplies and equipment while minimising waste for green initiatives.
• Assist in budgeting to maximise profitability.
• Address guest requests including VIPs and Club members.
• Support deep cleaning projects and busy periods.
• Educate team on compliance with laws and safety standards.
