Baywood Hotels is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping team and uphold Hilton-brand standards at Homewood Suites by Hilton. This on-site role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a focus on delivering pristine guest accommodations.

The candidate will manage labor, productivity, and inventory while coaching staff to achieve exceptional guest experiences. Flexible schedule and weekend work are part of the role, with opportunities for professional growth

Qualificações

• Previous hotel housekeeping supervisory or management experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience supervising, coaching, and developing housekeeping teams.
• Knowledge of hotel housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, and quality standards.
• Ability to manage labor, schedules, inventory, and departmental expenses.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations to meet brand standards.
• Inspect guest rooms daily for cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation.
• Assign and coordinate daily room cleaning schedules based on occupancy and staffing.
• Ensure rooms are cleaned and ready for guests by check-in times.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards in guestrooms and public areas.
• Lead, train, and develop housekeeping staff, conducting regular team meetings.
