Job summary

Homewood Suites by Hilton - Princeton, NJ is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping department and uphold exceptional cleanliness and hospitality for guests.

You will direct all housekeeping and laundry operations, recruit and develop a strong team, and align with Front Office and Maintenance to maximize guest satisfaction while maintaining safety and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hotel housekeeping leadership experience.
• Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Executive Housekeeper experience preferred.
• Hilton brand experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience managing labor budgets, inventories, and productivity standards.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
