Job summary

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Loveland seeks an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping department. The role oversees staff, inventory, scheduling, training, inspections, and department budgeting to ensure top cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving abilities, with 2+ years in hotel housekeeping management and experience with budgeting and PMS systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of housekeeping management experience in a hotel environment preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Experience managing labor, inventory, and departmental budgets.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of hotel housekeeping operations and cleaning procedures.
• Experience with hotel property management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all housekeeping and laundry operations.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop housekeeping team members.
• Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Ensure compliance with Wyndham brand standards and hotel cleanliness expectations.
• Manage employee schedules based on occupancy and business needs.
• Monitor labor costs and departmental expenses to meet budget goals.
• Maintain linen, supply, and chemical inventories.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and Maintenance departments to ensure rooms are guest-ready.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Promote a positive work environment focused on teamwork, accountability, and guest service.
• Maintain safety and OSHA compliance standards.
