Job summary

Colwen Hotels is seeking an Executive Housekeeper for AC Cleveland Circle in Brighton, MA. The role leads the housekeeping team, upholding Colwen and brand standards to deliver exceptional cleanliness and guest service.

The Executive Housekeeper will drive improvements in guest satisfaction, manage staff performance, and collaborate with the General Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related hospitality experience, hotel setting preferred.
• Brand-specific experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in English; bilingual a plus.
• Familiar with common computer software; ability to learn PMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage housekeeping department to brand standards.
• Oversee daily tours and inspections for cleanliness and safety.
• Recruit, interview, and hire housekeeping staff.
• Train associates and ensure performance per Colwen standards.
• Improve guest satisfaction and GSS scores.
• Coordinate schedules and supplies with minimal guest disruption.
