Job summary

AC Hotel Cleveland Circle is seeking a friendly Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team, organize shifts, train staff and inspect guestrooms and public spaces to brand standards. You will support leadership and drive guest satisfaction with strong attention to detail.

The role requires prior hotel experience, excellent communication, and the ability to manage time and staff on a 7-day rotating schedule in Brighton, MA.

Qualifications

• Prior related work experience, hotel experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in English language; bilingual a plus.
• Ability to learn new computer software and operate the PMS.

Responsibilities

• Tour and inspect rooms daily and monitor for cleanliness, safety, quality and service.
• Provide support to the Executive Housekeeper and hotel leadership.
• Work to continuously improve guest satisfaction scores.
• Conduct self-audits to improve performance and cleanliness.
• Assign responsibilities to associates and monitor productivity.
• Ensure supplies and carts are organized; report unserviceable rooms.
• Assist with cleaning of public spaces and other duties as needed.
