Ideal candidates will have prior Front Desk experience, solid communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic hotel environment, including varied hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Two-year college degree or hospitality experience required.
• Brand experience is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and superior interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Front Office operations ensuring brand standards and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in interviewing and supervising Front Office staff.
• Handle check-in/check-out, billing, reservations, and special requests.
• Provide guest information on local attractions and hotel services.
• Maintain open communication with hotel management and direct reports.
• Investigate and resolve guest complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor budgets, payroll, and financial transactions for accuracy.
• Coach Front Office team to manage occupancy and expenses effectively.
• Identify service issues and implement solutions to improve guest satisfaction.
