AC Hotel Cleveland Circle in Brighton, MA is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to organize shifts, train the team, and inspect guestrooms and public areas to meet brand standards. You will lead daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure high cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring hotel housekeeping knowledge and strong leadership; bilingual abilities are a plus. This is a full-time role with a 7-day rotating schedule, weekends and holidays included, and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Prior related work experience, hotel experience preferred.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Tour and inspect rooms daily, monitor cleanliness and safety.
• Provide support to the Executive Housekeeper and hotel leadership.
• Work to continuously improve guest satisfaction scores.
• Assign responsibilities to associates and monitor productivity.
• Check rooms for VIP arrivals and ensure carts are stocked.
