Job summary

InnVite Hospitality is seeking an Executive Housekeeper in Obetz, Ohio to lead housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring high cleanliness standards and memorable guest experiences. You will schedule rooms, supervise staff, and coordinate maintenance reporting.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and 3 years in housekeeping, with management experience preferred. You will coach team members, uphold safety standards, and drive exceptional service across the property.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education (post-high school education preferred).
• Experience: minimum of 3 years in housekeeping, management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedules room and cleaning assignments to ensure coverage.
• Inspects suites and public areas for cleanliness and repair.
• Performs housekeeping duties (beds, vacuuming, cleaning).
• Verifies and updates status of rooms throughout shift.
• Hires, coaches and disciplines direct reports; acts as Manager on Duty when needed.
