InnVite Hospitality's Days Inn By Wyndham Englewood, OH is seeking a dynamic Head Housekeeper to lead the hotel’s housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring top cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You will hire, train, schedule, supervise staff, and coordinate with management to meet brand standards.

You have proven leadership in hotel housekeeping, strong budgeting and administrative skills, and the ability to maintain safety, inventory, and daily reports with the Front Desk and GM.

• Recent hotel or related experience
• Proven computer and communication skills
• Valid driving license
• Leadership and supervisory skills, lead by example
• Basic math and budgeting skills
• Physical ability to perform housekeeping duties

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, direct, and counsels housekeeping staff.
• Plan and review work schedules for rooms, laundry & utilities.
• Supervise housekeeping and laundry staff daily activities.
• Train new housekeeping and laundry staff.
• Monitor housekeeping times, standards and labor usage.
• Inspect rooms and report repairs to Maintenance/GM.
• Manage linen, supplies inventories and orders with GM.
• Organize deep cleaning of guest rooms.
