Qualifications

• 2-3 years or more of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience.
• Housekeeping management experience preferred.
• Service oriented with professional presentation skills.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with training and basic financial management.
• Ability to work weekends/holidays and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the hotel’s housekeeping operations short and long term.
• Develop budgets, labor costs, and objectives within approved plans.
• Maintain inspection and deep-clean programs across all areas.
• Adhere to safety, security, OSHA and ADA policies.
• Collaborate with other departments and vendors; supervise multilingual staff.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas daily.
