Job summary

Harrah's Resort Southern California is seeking a Supervisor of Hotel Operations for the on-site Valet/Front Desk teams. You will supervise daily front desk, bell, valet, and doorperson operations to ensure superb guest service and adherence to SOPs.

The role requires a college degree (hotel/business management preferred) or equivalent, strong customer service, and prior supervisory experience in a large, fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred (Hotel or Business Management).
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• A minimum of two-years Front Desk and a minimum of 1 year experience in Guest Service/Valet operation in large hotel within local market and fast paced environment preferably with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and supervise front desk operations.
• Schedule staff according to business demands and manage SOPs.
• Prepare daily activity reports detailing hotel operations and financial results.
