The role requires at least 5 years in hotel housekeeping with 2 years in supervision and a two-year college education; duties include budgeting, staff scheduling, quality inspections and coordinating with Engineering.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• 2 years college with coursework in business management or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage housekeeping and laundry operations and supervise staff to meet quality standards.
• Oversee cost control systems for inventories and supplies.
• Develop and implement quality inspections and ensure timely service delivery.
• Schedule staff according to occupancy and productivity targets.
• Participate in budgeting and monitor labor costs.
