Job summary

Crestline Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to oversee daily operations in the housekeeping and laundry departments at our Virginia Beach property. You will lead, train, and motivate the team to maintain high cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include staff scheduling, coordinating with other departments, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with brand standards. A High School diploma or GED and 2-3+ years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 2-3+ years of housekeeping management experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with hotel information systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect work to ensure it meets specifications and standards.
• Plan and prepare employee work schedules.
• Coordinate activities with other departments for efficient service.
• Forecast staffing levels to support operations and scheduling.
• Manage budgets and estimate costs for housekeeping activities.
• Hire and supervise housekeeping staff; provide coaching and feedback.
• Advise front office on rooms ready for occupancy.
