Job summary

BBL Hospitality is seeking a Room Attendant for Springhill Suites ODU - Norfolk, VA. The role involves cleaning guest rooms to brand standards, stocking supplies, and completing daily reports. Weekend and holiday availability may be required.

Ideal candidates are honest, dependable, and physically able to lift 30-40 lbs and stand for extended periods. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Training provided to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Must be unquestionably honest and dependable.
• Excellent physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift 30-40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and prepares guest rooms for occupancy using standard cleaning procedures.
• Maintains and stocks carts with required supplies to clean assigned rooms.
• Completes the Room Attendant Daily Report and notes status of rooms and any maintenance issues.
• Keeps guest rooms and surrounding areas secure and reports suspicious activity.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper.
