Job summary

Cherry Valley Hotel seeks an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead a team that maintains spotless public areas and guest rooms. You will set standards, coach staff, and ensure consistent service excellence.

You will manage budgeting, scheduling, and inventory, coordinate with maintenance, and act as Manager on Duty as needed. Fluency in English, strong communication, and supervisory experience are essential.

Qualifications

• At least five years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, with at least two years in Housekeeping.
• Must be able to use computers and computer software and operate housekeeping equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Housekeeping Department to ensure quality guest satisfaction, staff engagement and operational efficiency.
• Lead the laundry and guest areas, train staff to provide impeccable service and maintain cleanliness.
• Be involved in budgeting, scheduling, and inventory management to control costs and maximize profits.
• Act as Manager on Duty and assist team during busy periods and high occupancy.
