Qualifications

• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance in compliance with scheduling requirements.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming per brand standards.
• Comply with safety and regulations to ensure safe operations.
• Thoroughly clean and restock the required number of guest rooms per shift.
• Perform pre-cleaning duties including supplies and linen for housekeeping cart setup.
• Remove trash and dirty linen from guest rooms.
• May be required to disassemble furniture to conduct deep cleaning.
• Deep cleaning tasks may include AC filter/coil cleaning, minor repairs, and touch-ups.

Responsibilities
