Qualifications

• Minimum five years progressive hotel experience.
• At least two years in Housekeeping.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand long hours and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Be the Business Manager – oversee housekeeping to ensure guest satisfaction and efficiency.
• Be the Leader – manage laundry and guest areas, establish policies, train staff on cleanliness standards.
• Be a Financial Guru – involved in budget, monitor occupancy, schedule staff, control costs.
• Be the Manager on Duty – lead operations during shifts and assist team as needed.
