Buffalo Lodging Associates, LLC is seeking an Executive Housekeeper for the Hampton Marlborough, MA area to lead the housekeeping and laundry teams. The role supervises staff to maintain top-tier cleanliness across 142 rooms, working on-site near US 20 and I-495, with a focus on guest satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and three years experience in housekeeping in a hotel or similar industry, including two years in supervisory capacity.
• Computer knowledge including intranet and property management system.
• Must have valid driver’s license and acceptable driving history.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage the housekeeping and laundry departments to ensure maximum service quality.
• Ensure overall cleanliness of the hotel including rooms and public areas.
• Foster a positive, cooperative work environment among staff and management.
• Interview, hire, train, appraise performance, reward and discipline employees; plan and assign work.
