Qualifications

• This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and three years of housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar setting, including two years in a supervisory capacity.
• Computer knowledge including intranet and property management system is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving history subject to company approval.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping and laundry departments to ensure maximum service quality.
• Ensure overall cleanliness of the hotel including rooms and public areas.
• Foster a positive, cooperative work environment between staff and management.
• Interviewing, hiring, training employees and evaluating performance.
