Hyatt Place Hyatt House Tampa Downtown seeks an Executive Housekeeper to lead daily housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms and public spaces meet the highest cleanliness standards. The role manages staffing, training, scheduling, and performance, while maintaining inventory control and safety compliance in a busy downtown hotel.

This on-site role requires 3–5 years in hotel housekeeping with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, plus experience with OnQ, Opera or HotSOS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree preferred.
• 3–5 years hotel housekeeping experience; 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with property management systems (OnQ, Opera, HotSOS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily housekeeping operations ensuring brand standards.
• Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate housekeeping staff.
• Conduct regular room and public area inspections for QA.
