Responsibilities

• Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters and floors.
• Follow cleaning procedures and use cleaning agents correctly.
• Strip beds; change linens; lift bedspreads up to 50 lbs.
• Dust furniture, pictures, drawers, ledges and shelves.
• Vacuum room; empty trash; restock amenities and supplies.
• Sign for room keys; retrieve rooms; restock heavy cart.
• Inspect room for cleanliness and mark completion.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available regularly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Visually inspect room for cleanliness and appearance and signify completion for room.* Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.* Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.**Qualifications and Skills*** Ability to scrub and scour surfaces, extend arms over head to perform cleaning tasks, and work in confined spaces.* Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co- workers with their job duties and be a team player.* Knowledge of chemical cleaning agents and operation of various cleaning equipment with or without reasonable accommodation.* Ability to push and/or pull equipment weighing up to 100 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.* Effective verbal and written communication skills.* Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences, such as effectively communicating with supervisors, coworkers, public etc.
