Ocean Partners Hospitality is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping program for its Cocoa Beach area hotels. You will ensure clean, orderly, and attractive environments, overseeing room inspectors, attendants, and support staff.

The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for executing the housekeeping program at the hotel, ensuring clean, orderly, attractive conditions of establishment by performing the following duties.

Directly manages room inspectors, room attendants, housemen, and laundry personnel. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these employees. Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees, performance appraisals, planning, assigning and directing work and addressing complaints and resolving problems.
This job operates in public spaces and non-public areas of the property including guest rooms. This role routinely uses standard cleaning equipment, supplies and chemicals. The employee is frequently exposed to heat, steam, and noise.

The employee is occasionally required to sit, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push and pull items weighing 25 pounds or less. The position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.
This is a full-time position, Non-Exempt.
No travel is expected for this position.
Prior experience in a housekeeping position.
Prior experience as an Executive Housekeeper or 2 years of supervisory experience.
