Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day household operations and ensure smooth, efficient performance.
• Coordinate household schedules, appointments, deliveries, maintenance, and service visits.
• Manage vendors, contractors, cleaners, landscapers, and other service providers.
• Schedule repairs and follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain household records, supplies, and recurring needs.
• Handle errands, shopping, returns, pickups, deliveries, and other tasks as needed.
• Monitor supplies and coordinate purchasing and restocking.
• Assist with travel, calendars, reservations, and events.
• Receive and manage mail, packages, and important documents.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
• Provide personal assistant and administrative support as needed.
