Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day household operations and help ensure the home runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Coordinate household schedules, appointments, deliveries, maintenance visits, and service appointments.
• Manage and communicate with household vendors, contractors, cleaners, landscapers, and other service providers.
• Schedule repairs and maintenance and follow up to ensure work is completed properly and on time.
• Maintain organization throughout the home and help establish systems for household records, supplies, and recurring needs.
• Handle household errands, shopping, returns, pickups, deliveries, and other requests as needed.
• Monitor household supplies and coordinate purchasing and restocking.
• Assist with personal and household calendars, reminders, reservations, and appointments.
• Assist with travel arrangements, itineraries, transportation, reservations, and related coordination as needed.
• Help coordinate family gatherings, events, dinners, guests, and special occasions.
• Receive and manage packages, mail, household correspondence, and deliveries.
• Maintain records for household vendors, warranties, maintenance schedules, invoices, receipts, and important documents.
• Assist with paying or organizing household invoices and expenses as directed.
• Coordinate with household staff or additional service providers when applicable.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion regarding the household and family.
• Identify household needs proactively and address issues before they become larger problems.
• Provide personal assistant and administrative support as needed.
• Handle special projects and other household-related responsibilities as requested.
