Sage Haus in Cape Elizabeth, ME seeks a dedicated House Manager and Family Assistant to run day-to-day household operations while supporting childcare and meal preparation. You’ll coordinate errands, maintain organization, and handle travel prep and events for a busy family of four.

The role offers full-time hours (35-40 per week) with guaranteed 35 hours, Monday–Friday plus occasional evenings and weekends. A vehicle and US work authorization are essential.

Formación

• Authorized to work in the United States and able to provide work eligibility documentation (US work authorization).
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Vaccination guidance aligned with pediatric and CDC recommendations, including COVID-19 and flu where legally applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide back-up school pickups, drop-offs and childcare.
• Weekly date night coverage and occasional weekend support.
• Daily routines: backpack resets, lunch/packing, and prep for the following morning.
• Create and maintain household organization systems and schedules.
• Oversee meals, groceries, and kitchen upkeep.
• Manage inventory of household supplies and coordinate vendors as needed.
• Support travel packing/unpacking and family events.
• Oversee cleaners, contractors, and property maintenance when the family is away.
