Job summary

Guardant Health seeks a Director of HIT Solutions to lead strategy, design, and evolution of HIT and digital workflows supporting Shield adoption across Health Systems. You will connect customer needs with EMR integration, interoperability, and AI-enabled analytics to drive scalable, enterprise capabilities.

You will act as a senior HIT thought leader and partner across Product, Operations, Sales, and Medical teams. Strong leadership and executive communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Health System information technology, clinical informatics, healthcare technology, digital health, enterprise solution architecture, interoperability, healthcare consulting, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the Health Systems HIT and digital solutions strategy.
• Lead EMR / Digital Strategy & Optimization workstreams with governance and measures of success.
• Define solution architecture, requirements, and success criteria before implementation.
