Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Rain Maker Executive Retained Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success, a robust book of business, and at least 7 years of experience placing C-Suite executives at healthcare systems, hospitals, and critical access hospitals. This individual is a team player who is deeply committed to finding executives that align with our clients' organizational culture and uphold the highest levels of integrity. Performance will be evaluated using KPIs such as placement rates and timelines, client satisfaction scores, and business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement and Business Development:

  • Leverage existing relationships and build new connections to expand H&H Leadership Solutions' client base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector, particularly with healthcare systems, hospitals, and critical access hospitals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their executive talent needs and organizational culture.
  • Develop H&H’s scope with existing clients, focusing on the five divisions: recruitment, leadership, advisory, marketing, and management.

Executive Search and Placement:

  • Conduct comprehensive searches for C-Suite executives, ensuring candidates meet both professional qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top executive talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, assessment, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely placements, exceeding our clients' expectations.

Candidate Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and placed candidates, providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Ensure the highest level of integrity and confidentiality in all interactions with candidates.

Team Collaboration and Leadership:

  • Work collaboratively with the recruitment team to share insights, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Mentor and support junior recruiters, fostering a team-oriented environment.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies.

Travel and Remote Work:

  • This position requires the ability to travel nationwide to meet with clients and candidates as needed.
  • While travel is essential, the role also offers a remote work element, allowing flexibility in work location when not on-site.
  • Candidates must be comfortable balancing both travel and remote work to effectively manage client and candidate relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in executive search, specifically placing C-Suite executives within healthcare systems, hospitals, and critical access hospitals.
  • Established book of business with strong client and candidate relationships in the healthcare sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully placing executives in roles that align with client culture and business objectives.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and candidates.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the healthcare industry.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of client and candidate integrity.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide as needed to meet with clients and candidates.
