Brillio is seeking a Client Partner to drive strategic growth with payer and PBM accounts across the United States in a fully remote role. The candidate must demonstrate a proven track record in large-scale IT services engagements and healthcare transformations.

The role emphasizes executive relationship building, consultative sales leadership, and deep healthcare operations knowledge, including payer technology ecosystems and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT services sales or digital transformation within healthcare.
• Proven experience selling into payer, PBM, managed care, or health services organizations.
• Strong executive relationship management and deal-structuring skills.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue growth targets across payer and PBM accounts.
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in AI, analytics, cloud, and security.
• Lead executive engagements and strategic planning with CXO-level stakeholders.
• Structure complex deals (Fixed Price, Time & Materials, Managed Services).
• Collaborate with finance, legal and delivery teams to build compelling business cases.
