KLAS Research is seeking an Event Manager to translate leadership vision into well-run events, from planning through follow-up. You will lead events, coordinate with executives and sponsors, and help refine future processes in a hybrid work environment.

The role requires coordinating budgets, travel, contracts, and risks, with a focus on delivering high-quality experiences for attendees and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least two years of event management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Ability to lead meetings and motivate teams.
• Proactive and flexible approach to changing priorities.
• Ability to anticipate risks and address them.
• Creative mindset and willingness to learn new approaches.
• Proficiency with event management tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the executive team to define event goals and plans.
• Lead event teams by setting direction and milestones.
• Coordinate with sponsors, venues, executives, and attendees.
• Develop budgets and monitor expenses to stay within budget.
• Coordinate participant travel and venue contracts.
• Identify risks to keep events on schedule.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality expectations.
• Gather feedback and prepare post-event reports.
• Document best practices to improve planning processes.
