Medici seeks a highly organized Senior Clinic Operations Coordinator to support an Executive Health Clinic. This role blends clinic operations, client experience, scheduling, and logistics to ensure a premium Medici client journey.

You will manage appointments, testing materials, shipments, and gifting with a warm, proactive approach, contributing to a seamless, personalized patient experience.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in clinic ops, healthcare admin, hospitality, concierge services, executive support, or similar high-touch setting.
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, with ownership and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for clients, coordinating requests and ensuring timely follow-through.
• Manage client scheduling across EMR and scheduling systems with physicians and services.
• Onboard new clients, coordinate information, testing materials, appointments and logistics.
• Coordinate communications and scheduling workflows for upcoming appointments and services.
• Ensure a seamless client experience from arrival through follow-up.
