Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Executive Oncology Sales Representative, Head & Neck to drive sales in Central, IL. The role is field-based and reports to a District Manager, focusing on Oncology therapies and reimbursement conversations with healthcare providers.

Qualified candidates hold a bachelor’s degree, a valid driver's license, and 2+ years of pharma/biotech or medical device sales experience; willingness to travel and relocate is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel, including overnights/weekends.
• Minimum of two years of pharmaceutical/biologic/biotech or medical device sales experience or recent Active Duty military transition and willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill sales strategies by selling oncology therapeutics within approved specialties and accounts.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and articulate value propositions to customers.
• Develop account strategies with the District Manager and plan penetration in key accounts.
• Create pre- and post-call plans with objectives and supporting materials.
• Penetrate new and current accounts to increase territory sales.
• Utilize approved marketing tools and close sales to the next step.
