Job summary

Reporting to the Founders, you will work with the Executive Growth Partners to ensure client success while maintaining a healthy pipeline. This role is pivotal in delivering strategic growth and people-centric leadership impact.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in executing growth strategies, preferably in a consulting or advisory role.
  • Strong understanding of business development, market dynamics, and industry trends.
  • Excellent coaching, mentoring, and leadership development skills.
  • A passion to facilitate business and leadership concepts with strong articulation skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive informed decision-making.

Job Summary

As an Executive Growth Partner at Infinite CXO, you will play a crucial role in executing growth strategies and coaching client relationships. You will collaborate with executives and leaders across various industries to drive organizational growth and achieve business objectives. Your expertise in growth coaching and consulting strategies will be instrumental in helping our clients thrive in a dynamic and competitive business landscape.

Reporting to the Founders, the role will collaborate with the Executive Growth Partners, to ensure your clients success. They will do the work in the residual relationship, and your pipeline of opportunity will not be disrupted by having to service your clients.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and Execute Growth Strategies:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with executives and key stakeholders to develop growth strategies aligned with the organization’s vision and objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Create actionable growth plans, including key performance indicators (KPIs), milestones, and execution timelines.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of growth initiatives, making necessary adjustments and recommendations as required.

2. Provide Growth Coaching and Leadership Development:

  • Coach and mentor executives and leaders to enhance their leadership capabilities and drive growth within their teams and organizations.
  • Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop customized growth plans and provide ongoing support to ensure successful implementation.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and team-building activities to foster a growth-oriented culture and mindset.
  • Provide guidance and insights on change management, organizational development, and talent management strategies.

3. Foster Strong Client Relationships:

  • Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and challenges.
  • Regularly communicate progress, results, and recommendations to clients, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Anticipate and address potential issues or roadblocks, seeking opportunities to exceed client expectations.
  • Continuously build and expand the client network through referrals and positive client testimonials.
