Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a strategic and commercially driven leader to accelerate growth across Industry & Digital accounts in the U.S. This role owns go-to-market strategy, revenue growth, pipeline development, and large deal pursuits while advising senior client executives on Data, AI, Cloud, GenAI, and digital transformation.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong commercial acumen, executive presence, and a track record of driving revenue growth with complex enterprise portfolios.

Qualifications

• Experience engaging and influencing C-level executives and senior business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute account-level go-to-market strategy and revenue growth plans.
• Drive pipeline creation, opportunity development, deal shaping, and large deal wins.
• Activate alliance and co-sell opportunities with partners such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Snowflake.
