Highbrow Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager for our Norwalk, CT location. This full-time, on-site leadership role oversees daily restaurant and catering operations, guiding front- and back-of-house teams with an emphasis on service quality and operational efficiency.

You will lead staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management while partnering with ownership on budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.

Formación

• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills across large teams.
• Operational management experience in full-service hospitality settings.
• Strong guest service and client relationship skills for private events.
• Experience coordinating on-site and off-site catering operations.
• Solid business and financial acumen including budgeting and KPIs.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily restaurant and catering operations across the portfolio.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Partner with ownership on budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
• Supervise service standards and health/safety compliance.
• Coordinate private events and Table To Go orders with excellence.
• Drive guest satisfaction and resolve issues professionally.
• Support local marketing and relationships with corporate clients.
