Job summary

Wild Spring Dunes in East Texas seeks an Assistant Golf Professional to support daily golf operations and deliver exceptional guest service at our premier resort.

You will manage tee times, check-in, and shop interactions while coordinating Starters, Hosts, Outside Services, and Valet teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals and on-course flow. You’ll assist with tournaments, clinics, and player development, and help maintain the practice facilities and overall golf operation.

Qualifications

• A college degree is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant experience in golf operations; 2–3 years in leadership.
• Experience in high-end hospitality and customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS, and tee sheet software.

Responsibilities

• Manage tee time operations and guest check-in.
• Coordinate starters, hosts, outside services, and valet teams.
• Assist in tournaments, events, and group outings.
• Provide instruction and player development.
• Maintain golf shop presentation and practice facilities.
• Uphold brand standards through pre-opening and operations.
