Job summary

Cooper's Plumbing & Air in Bainbridge, GA, seeks an experienced CEO/General Manager to lead HVAC and plumbing operations and drive profitable growth. You will translate the vision into priorities, develop leaders, and ensure execution across all departments.

Reporting to the owner, you will own the P&L, set budgets, establish KPIs, and build a high-performing team while maintaining safety and customer service standards in a growing company.

Qualifications

5+ years of senior management or executive leadership experience.
Proven success managing budgets and profitability.
Strong understanding of P&L management, KPIs and business strategy.
Experience developing leaders and building accountable teams.
HVAC, plumbing leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities
