Job summary

LaMar’s Donuts and Coffee in Englewood, CO is seeking a General Manager to lead on-site performance, financial results, team culture, and brand execution. The GM enforces SOPs, manages costs, and drives guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires open availability, overnight shifts, early mornings, weekends, and extended hours. Strong leadership, budgeting, and cross-functional team management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years restaurant or hospitality management experience.
• 2+ years as a General Manager in a high volume concept.
• Strong P&L and financial management experience.
• Experience with POS, inventory, and labor scheduling systems.
• ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain quickly).
• Food Handlers Card (required).
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Enforce SOPs without deviation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and wage laws.
• Maintain ServSafe Manager and Food Handlers certifications.
• Oversee production, inventory, ordering, and par levels; opening/closing.
• Own store financial performance and drive revenue/profitability.
• Hire, train, and develop high performing teams; lead managers and staff.
• Uphold brand standards and a culture of urgency, accountability, and respect.
• Lead scheduling and budgeting efforts.
