Job summary

Inalfa Roof Systems Cherokee Assembly in the United States seeks a Plant Quality Manager to lead the quality organization on the shop floor. You will direct internal quality processes, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with IATF16949 and ISO14001 requirements.

The role requires a B.S. in engineering or manufacturing operations, at least five years of quality supervisory experience, and auditor certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum B.S. in Engineering or Manufacturing Operations.
• Five years minimum quality supervisory experience.
• TS16949/ISO 14001 Auditor Certification.
• VDA Auditor and ASQ certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain system for statistical reporting of product compliance.
• Supervise the internal audit process and develop internal audit plan.
• Coordinate corrective actions and containment communications with customers.
• Facilitate 6S and continuous improvement activities.
• Prepare management and customer reports on quality performance.
