Job summary

Creative Artists Agency (CAA) is seeking an Executive - Legal, Regulatory & Compliance to guide Global Ethics & Compliance (GEC) and ESG programs. The role reports to the Deputy General Counsel or Executive Director, Compliance and drives cross-functional initiatives ensuring integrity and transparency across the organization.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and admitted to practice in the U.S.
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant legal and compliance experience.
• Proven ability to deploy and mature compliance programs at large organizations.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global Ethics & Compliance and ESG programs across the organization.
• Develop, implement, and monitor risk-based compliance initiatives.
• Oversee third-party due diligence, trainings, and policy updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to address emerging regulatory and ESG requirements.
• Prepare reports for senior leadership on compliance and ESG matters.
