Job summary

Creative Artists Agency (CAA) in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Paralegal – Legal Operations to support the Head of Legal Operations and Counsel. The role leads the offices for two executives and requires handling schedules, documents, and research across the legal team.

You will work with internal departments and external attorneys, providing efficient service, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring accuracy in all tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and e-signature tools.
• Superior communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate itineraries and submit monthly expense reports.
• File documents as needed and handle high-volume scheduling.
• Liaise with external attorneys and internal departments.
• Provide research and documentation on legal matters as needed.
• Redline documents and review policies and other legal documents.
